Civilization 7 starts you off with one lowly settlement in the Antiquity Age, but as you progress, you can amass an entire empire’s worth of towns and cities. Your cities are the powerhouses of the empire, producing massive structures, while the towns can specialize in one type of production to aid the capital of your civilization.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies will introduce a new, spider-like enemy type, but those who aren’t keen on creatures that crawl around on eight legs will be able to activate the game’s Arachnophobia mode to make its terrifying appearance a little more manageable.

Activision recently blew the doors off of how Zombies will work in Black Ops 6, detailing all of the new and classic features players can expect to see in the return of the round-based co-op mode. As part of the information dump, developer Treyarch revealed the Vermin, a horrific looking creepy-crawler that looks like it came straight out of John Carpenter’s The Thing.

Call of Duty’s current user-interface isn’t very user-friendly, with lots of scrolling needed for blocky menus that are often compared to the Hulu streaming app, but Activision is changing this before the launch of Black Ops 6.

The publisher announced that a new interface is on the way, and the Call of Duty app will receive updates to the UI that will make navigation easier. This UI overhaul arrives sometime in mid-October, but a specific date was not given for the big change.

The new UI will introduce a Call of Duty landing zone where top content will be visible on one clean page without needing to scroll. This page is set to feature Call of Duty’s most-recent annual feature as well as Warzone, with past titles still being accessible through the player’s game library.

Activision says, “The landing page’s main focus is on games, and gives players the ability to directly access those games.”
